Treat yourself and five friends to an exquisite meal featuring a 4-course seasonal menu hand-crafted by Chef Greg Kuzia-Carmel at Camper in Menlo Park. Your meal will be paired with incredible wines provided by our knowledgeable wine connoisseurs—and INTL parents—Christophe Mallard and Samantha Wang.
Chef Greg has sharpened his skills over the course of his impressive career working in top-tier restaurants across the world, such as the famous Mugaritz in Spain, as well as Per Se in NYC and Quince in SF (both of which sport three Michelin stars). Now, his focus is on Camper, his very own restaurant named for the notion of his customers leaving as “happy campers,” and it earns the name. Chef Greg immerses you in his philosophy that food is for sharing, food is for friends. His courses are known for being unique and creative while also highlighting the pleasure of delicious ingredients, and you can see the excitement on his face when he gets to share these creations with you.
At Camper, visits are always a great experience. Inside, lamps hang from heavy wooden beams, large windows climb towards the ceiling, and beautiful art depicts the outdoors, surrounding you in a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. On your plate, impeccable cooking combines with the season’s top local, organic, and sustainable ingredients.
This is a truly exclusive experience. Camper is normally only open for dinner, but Chef Greg will open the restaurant just for you and prepare a special 4-course lunch, custom-made specifically for the occasion.
In addition to a delicious meal, you will be joined by our experts Christophe and Samantha, who will hand-select the best pairing of fine wines for the courses and your tastes. Avid wine collectors for decades, they have close to 3,000 bottles in their cellar. They will work with you to ensure the wines selected are ones you will love and remember. “We like wine that has something to say,” Christophe explains. Expect wines that have a unique sense of place, history, and character, and will enhance the flavors of an already exquisite meal.
