After spending thirty years shaping the world’s most celebrated icons at Opus One and Robert Mondavi, Mike readily leaned into his son Lucas’s longtime ambition to produce a family label, uniting father and son in a shared pursuit of excellence. Together they founded Euclid Wines in 2009, trading mass production for the meticulous and hands-on artistry that can only be achieved when a father and son walk the rows themselves.

This exclusive auction lot offers a rare journey through two distinct souls of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon across two verticals of 2017, 2018, and 2019. The Black Label originates from the east side slope of Howell Mountain, where volcanic soils and elevation produce wines of depth and intensity. The Red Label Tandem showcases the cooler southwestern reaches of the valley, where elegance and freshness take center stage. Side by side, these six bottles tell the complete story of a valley that the Farmers have known intimately for nearly four decades.
 
The true heart of this lot lies in an experience that money cannot buy, a private guided tasting hosted personally by Mike and Lucas Farmer. You will join the duo at one of their premier partner vineyards in Napa to pull back the curtain on a true boutique operation. Over a flight of their exclusive releases, you will hear the narrative of the Farmer legacy firsthand, spanning from Lucas’s childhood memories in the cellars of Napa’s giants to the meticulous craftsmanship that defines the Euclid philosophy. It is a rare opportunity to share a glass with architects of Napa history and witness how two generations of integrity have been distilled into every bottle you hold.
